A: Yes. You can send us physical oven samples, we will reverse‑engineer, make 3D drawing, then build corresponding stamping mould and plastic injection mould. We will send trial‑produced parts for your checking before formal mould completion.
A: According to different mould steel selection. Standard mould steel reaches 300,000‑500,000 shots. We can select higher‑grade mould steel if you need longer service life for large‑volume production.
A: Single plastic mould: around 25‑35 working days. Full‑set sheet‑metal stamping mould set for one oven model: 45‑60 working days. Lead‑time will be confirmed after reviewing your project drawing.
A: Yes. We provide after‑sales mould maintenance. If you want to modify part structure for new‑model iteration, we can do mould modification accordingly.
A: 3D STEP / IGES drawing is best. If you do not have drawing, physical oven samples are acceptable for us to do reverse development.
