Noise reduction measures:
Electromagnetic side: skewed pole stator, reducing cogging torque; FOC sinusoidal drive reduces torque pulsation;
Mechanical side: high-precision rotor dynamic balancing;
Pneumatic side: CFD optimization of fan blades and ducts to suppress airflow whistling.
4. Intelligent dynamic power regulation
FOC driver can adjust the output power in real time according to the load: automatically increase the power when the carpet resistance is high; Hard ground load with small automatic power reduction, balancing suction and endurance; Simultaneously integrating overcurrent, overheating, and stall protection to prevent motor burnout caused by clogged filter screens.
